Typically one to two weeks depending on the size and detail of the pool.
How much patio do you include with your pools?
On smaller pools 800 sq. ft. and larger pools 1,000 sq. ft. (Additional Kool-decking is $4.75 per sq. ft.)
Do you install more Salt or Chlorine pools, and what do you recommend?
Hands down, we install more Salt systems than Chlorine. I recommend Salt Systems to my customers because it is easier to maintain and it’s less expensive monthly.
Is it more expensive to build a Free-Form (Lagoon Style) Pool than a Rectangle Pool?
No, we do not charge more for a Free Form Pool.
What does your Basic Pool include?
Our Basic Pool includes:
- 1 set of steps and 1 swim out
- Tile of your choice with Krystal Blue Marcite Finish
- 400 watt pool light\
- Polaris cleaner system
- 1000 sq. ft. of Kool-decking
- All plumbing, pumps and electrical
- Final grading
